AT MORANO THE GOAL IS TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

  1. Send an email request for the return to help@morano.store no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return and order number.
    If your MORANO item is broken by the time you receive it, send us a picture of the damaged packaging to hola@morano.store no later than 24 hours from the date you received the product (this is the only way we can confirm it’s because of the shipping). Any request of broken items after that period will not be considered.

  2. In order to be returned, the items should be packaged:
    a) In original condition, together with any and all accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.
    b) With all original labels and packaging.
    c) The item should be packaged with all the security procedures you received it with. Any item broken in transit due to a lack of security wrapping will not be returned.
  3. Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the parcel to this address:

* Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In cases where a product is deemed defective, MORANO shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.

Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

In the event of having mistakenly sent a different item to the one requested, or received a poor quality product, please contact hola@morano.store. We will arrange for a return and/or exchange and MORANO will cover costs for both shipping and return.

For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.

Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
